Most Lensbaby lenses or optic-swap housings are made in all the most popular lenses mounts: Canon EF and R, Nikon F and Z, Fujifilm X, Micro Four Thirds, Sony E and Pentax K. The optics are also smaller than a standalone lens, so if you want to be able to create more than one effect or shoot at different focal lengths, the optics swap system takes up less room in your bag. Lensbaby’s standalone lenses are more familiar and easier to use, but the optic-swap system gives more flexibility because you can use one lens housing with a variety of optics. An optic swap-system: The Composer Pro II lens housing an Edge 35 Optic.Without the optic in position, the barrel is a hollow tube and the optics cannot be mounted on a camera without a barrel or housing.
